Here's an intriguing snippet: Rodin's sculpture of La Porte de l'Enfer exists in (from what I understand) seven locations. There are a plaster and a bronze version in Paris, plus bronze castings in Philadelphia PA, Tokyo, Zurich, Seoul, Stanford CA... Seven Gates of Hell. (And only one corresponding Gate to Paradise - at the Battistero di San Giovanni in Florence.) Sit back and enjoy a little culture:
