Fellow hybrid half vampires half werewolves, HELP ME

Recently, as I have just turned 14, my fearsome blood lust has momentously increased throughout these previous days, intensifying by the day; will it stop?!?!
I even attempted to...feed from my best friend, who I've known since kindergarten; She knew that I was a were, yet I have always kept my secret other half in the shadows.
Now she knows.
My emotions are heightened (for example, I really loath this one particular girl in my grade; yesterday, I tried to claw at her neck.) and it's EMBARRASSING!
Please, I'm new to all of this, help me
PLEASE, I AM LITERALLY ON MY KNEES!
I'm scared, lost and confused,

I'm afraid the vampire thing is beyond me, however the werewolf M-shifting thing I have had experience with. What I like to do when I'm about to shift infront of people is think about something else, like my favorite music or something. It also usually helps to have an outlet. I've never experienced blood lust through my early teens though. The weird thing about me was that I found myself being rational when I didn't have to be.
