I'd pick Zombie daughter. She'd be younger, so that means easier to train to be a responsible adult Zombie. Then, I'd be rich and famous for domesticating a cannibalistic being. Another reason is due to my loving heart  by her being younger than the mother, she'd have more of a life to live and she's the one who hasn't lived a long life like the mother has.
