I am curious as to how many other people experience this in their dreams. For me, it's mostly tasting colors, and hearing emotions. Although, that last part may not be part of the technical definition.

It's really weird when you wake up, and the conscious thought crosses your mind that you, "Tasted red. Or heard love."
Gabriel, "Don't kill yourself for it would crush my angelic heart. I love you for who you are and I'm glad I met you. :]"

"I'm going to break him, and there will be blood."

I experience it in in my waking life and it's not very fun, honestly. In fact, it can be pretty disorienting.

I am not sure it is the same, I see music, in the form of colors...

YES!!! That's exactly what it is, SEEING sound. It's so weird, I HEARD the emotion in my dream, and TASTED red. It's so freaking weird.

I'm sure for those who are used to it, it can be a beautiful thing, but for me, it's just disturbing.

Well Reggie, it can be beautiful sometimes, but taking into account the unpleasant nature of the world, it's more often disturbing, like you said, than it is enjoyable.

What's really bad is when I'm in pain and I can see it, hear it, smell it, and taste it. It's the most awful and disgusting feeling because I experience it with ALL of my senses.
