well the only ability i know i have right now is the ability to see the future in my dreams
if possible i would like help discovering the full extent of my abilitys

hm. Well, I don't consider myself to be any kind of expert, but if you're trying to see just what you can do, I'd recommend meditation.

everyone's got their own methods, so you need to figure out what works for you, but the basic idea is to get comfy, and then clear your mind. it helps you focus.

read books...there are a lot out there about meditation...and the net is a useful too...
