Hes associated with the planet Jupiter and can be invoked for matters involving money, finance, law, politics, and religion.

Thats about all my angel dictonary tells me

It's a wikipedia article.  It doesn't say much more than what Phantom gave.  It also messes up the order of Angel Hierarchy I believe (I could very easily be wrong, this isn't quite my forte). 

It does give a step in the right direction:
