"Dark Shadows," the daytime series featuring vampires, witches, werewolves and other monsters is coming home to Brooklyn.
The New York-based television series is holding its annual festival at the Brooklyn Marriott Hotel on Adams Street on August 25, 26, and 27. Over a dozen of the show's actors will be attending, as well as over a thousand fans.
Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the show's commencement in 1966, the Dark Shadows Festival will feature performances by the actors onstage.
Among the celebrity attendees will be Emmy award winner John Karlen, Tony award winner Donna McKechnie, as well as actresses Lara Parker, who played the witch Angelique, Kathryn Leigh Scott, who played Maggie Evans, and actor Jerry Lacy, who portrayed the evil Reverend Trask.
