A single post then never returning. It usually means a fantasist.

I think a majority of the people who are new to this forum are such people.
They're the kind that "deny all Christian philosophy" yet for some reason, the only information and history they can reference and believe in about "werewolves" is medieval Christian superstition.. hmm strange? same goes for many people calling themselves vampires or faeries.
And if you even dare show them information about "werewolves" that actually makes sense (and it is usually very different from what they expect, take for example Native American Skin walkers or Norse Berserks, all having helped form today's Werewolf mythos) they just totally deny it.
"NO! I won't believe you that werewolves were actually Indian and Norse warriors who wore wolf skins into battle and went into a battle-trance it's not true they're magical beautiful grey wolves that somehow seem like they got all their information from anime!"
I remember when I was 12.

Would be far more interesting than the incessant, effluvial flow of "I am/want to be a werewolf" nonsense.

I couldn't agree more, then we could have stuff with actual facts behind it. And even the stuff regarding "werewolves" will still have more facts than what these kids can pull out of their anime and role-playing club.
I believe "werewolves" exist, just it isn't what these kids think. Like any of them have the patience or time to dedicate their whole entire life to a shamanic lifestyle following Odin and the Ulfhednar and every other European shamanic tradition regarding "werewolves" and any native american path which is just as valid depending on your ancestry.
In fact I doubt any of them even have a clue what Odin has to do with the werewolf and who the Ulfhednar were and are today.
But he hasn't replied, go figure.

The pagan board could use a new topic or two...shamanism is good.

How does being bitten by one turn you?
