There is also a video of it. Some say its fake, but there is always a person that calls evidence fake. They have people whos job is to go around the globe and diminish truth.

There is alway going to be those types

If we detected/found proof of aliens they would find a way to disprove it, then I hope ET comes up and b**** slaps them in the face

Wow, a bunch of blurry pictures of abstract sculpture with the colors inverted and no sources to be seen.
Maybe I'm just CrAzY, but I need a bit more proof or even a reference to give this any sort of credibility.

But why go to such lenghts to conceal any evidence of alien life? What benefit could one possibilly gain from such an endeavour?

Control my friend. If the populace knew there was something more advanced and powerful out there, why in the world would we waste our time listening to these losers in charge now? The idea of extraterrestrial life gives a promise of a  life, a  better life. Thats something that does not play into the plans of warmongers and power hungry establishments. Sad, but its the truth. And I have a very nice response to needly's post, but I won't waste my time.

I understand your point. However, don't you think that exposing the existence of advanced extraterrestrial beings would actually be in the interests of national leaders, when you consider the fact that by using the bogey of an alien invasion, they would be able to strengthen their control over us?

No because you can't control the masses that are in utter hysteria. Only with calm, calculated, cold control can they maintain their illusion of power. Besides. You honestly think that if the governments pointed their pitiful weapons at them we wouldn't have theirs pointed right back with devastating results? C'mon.

It wouldn't have to be an overt message now, would it? They could mantain cordial relations with these beings while simultenously implying that their skilfull handling of ties between the nations of earth and this extraterrestrial civilization is the only thing between us and total war.

It is, even sooner and bigger than any of us can imagine....

Would it be comparable to the natural disaster that wiped out the dinosaurs in terms of sheer destruction? I have to admit that the idea of an alien invasion has always held a terrifying fascination for me, even as a little child.

It would be worse, should an alien race decide to invade. Within a day every nation would fall. There would be no phenominal chance at beating them like in the movies. The people that were not destroyed would probally be slaves. The human race would be nothing more than a dim candle flame, never again to be the roaring fire it is now. Eventually you would all die out. No, nothing facinating about it.

Personally, I think it would be best if humans were "domesticated".
