Title: RPGS and Older People
Post by: jimmyr58 on January 11, 2011, 05:28:49 AM
I am 58 and wonder if people my age can play games. I have a great imagination and wonder if there are people
out there who play games who are older.  Any information and links would be appreciated.  My email address is jimmyr1952@comcast.net.
Thanks.

I guess the only limit is an individual's desire to game =) I'm in my mid-40s and would play a helluva lot more games if I had the time. But that's the catch: they really are time sinks. The mean age of gamers will obviously increase due to Western demographics - and today's 20-30 gamers are unlikely to abandon gaming as they age.

I know older people who play games, I'm friends with them as well. We play WoW on the proudmoore server. I enjoy it quiet immensely as they have a great sense of humor, and can raid better than most people my own age! I don't see why you couldn't play games at any age, I plan to play games beyond the grave that's how much I enjoy them!
