Title: Infamous 2
Post by: ViciouslyMe on March 01, 2011, 06:39:17 PM
I just heard that Infamous is going to feature a way to make your own missions for the game, and share them with others. Yes, it is just like so many other games have done with level creators. Still, having played and thoroughly enjoyed Infamous, I am definitely looking forward to this feature. So now, when the main storys over, you dont end up bored. What do the MONSTROUS gamers have to say?

The only good Game?  I find the Fallout games fairly entertaining.  Or do you refer to PS3 specific games?

Whoa now, Uncharted was a great game. And Uncharted 2 expanded on that with a really fun multiplayer. I mean, what other game lets you hang on a ledge and pull some unknowing passerby down for the insta-kill? Oh, and the single player was fun too.

Can you do this to civilians?

Guess I will have to check it out, but first I will look into Assassins Creed.  The thought of entertaining oneself with the civilian populace appeals to me.

Uncharted 2 allows you to do that to people in multiplayer and it IS a ps3 specific game. And sorry, but there are no civilians in Uncharted. Just you and the enemy. And sometimes an NPC partner. Yes there are 3 Assassins Creed games out, but Brotherhood is just an extension of Assassins Creed 2 with new stuff. Its not officially Assassins Creed 3.

I still think you should give Uncharted a try, but there are other interesting PS3 games. Looking forward to the new Twisted Metal for sure, chaos and violence in the saftey of your own soon to be blown apart vehicle. Really enjoyed Metal Gear Solid 4, even though it did have a movies worth of cutscenes. Little Big Planet, for the kid in me. Don't judge. God of War 3 was the best God of War to date. Resistance 2 and Killzone 2, while yes very typical shooters, had great enviroments and interesting enemies. Always liked how the Helghast came to be. Exlusive content is also nice, like the fact that in Arkam Asylum you could play as the Joker on the PS3. I think I've made my point.

Infamous 2, the storyline from what I understand, Cole takes on the beast and loses. He makes a run for it or something, ends up in a new city. There he must learn to better handle his powers, and of course learn some new tricks along the way. Your Moral Alignment is supposed to have more of an impact, and it now has a destructibale enviroment. Just thought I'd mention for blacksite117.
