I'm afraid I may be too little too late.  Changing an institution takes a tremendous amount of energy and that always draws the same type of people you are trying to oust.

A little belligerent,no? If anything, America's foes have more to fear about an invasion of their borders. Remember Iraq? You won't need to adorn your belt with my scalp,simply annihlating me with a well-directed missile will suffice.
