YOU MESSED UP THE NAME!!!11!11
But yeah... I bought it for PS3 and aside from the graphics (They're better on the 360; PS3 are grainy... Usually it's the other way around, but whatever) It's awesome. The fighting system is just like the Devil May Cry games... Actually, the whole thing is just like it except they changed the demon-hybrid-badass for a witch-with-glasses-wearing-her-own-hair-as-clothing (Oh, Japan...
)
It's both entertaining AND ridiculously absurd. Over-the-top is the best description, actually, but in a good way. Things like "Torture moves" where you use your powers to summon guillotines and such along with summoning demons made of your own hair (I don't know what's up with the hair, but the designers seem to have liked the idea <_<) just add to the "wth moments" and to the entertainment factor.
The characters are cool too; both unique and interesting, although somewhat corny at times. (I still haven't figured out why she's called Bayonetta, though... She uses guns, she uses swords, but she does not use guns with blades on them...
)
I'll give it a 9/10, because the graphics could've been better. As for content, perfect. Everything you could ask for from an action RPG is in there.

si i think bayonetta is her name because in some respects she can be seen as a weapon herself and her use of swords and guns would make her somewhat like
a bayonette and soo sryabout the name thats what i get for typing in the dark.

Oh hey I didn't even think of the "She can be considered a weapon" part... Weird; I've been told countless times by teachers that as a martial artist I can be considered a weapon
That's what
I
get for not getting enough sleep before my classes
