Far be it from me to not vote for 'American Gods'... :-)

Personally, I'd also put 'Swan Song' by Robert McCammon into the mix (or any McCammon work for that matter).. Not to leave out 'Cell' by Stephen King....

my choices would be....Blood and Chocolate, Red Riders Hood and the Silver Wolf. All are amazing, and all are about werewolves. lol

For American God's fans only, posting here since the other topic is locked for some reason, and my own post on this book has mysteriously dissapeared... :?

"Monarch of the Glen" (from the Legends II anthology, later collected in Fragile Things), does continue Shadow's journeys, and is a lead-in to a new American Gods novel yet to be written.
