Had read about this (and watched some things), it was pretty interesting stuff. I can understand how these things could be made, I just always found it interesting that it was thought up to begin with. Well, that and the fact that it was pretty much buried and lost. Seems something like that, word should have gotten around.

The only thing that worries me is the fact that the only ones having that high tech that could take humanity out of crisis are the same that put it in that position in the first place. Isnt it farked that military has tech that is 44 years in advance of the rest of the humanity?

Yeah, no kidding. From what I've seen, I'd say it'll only be a few more years before we have some sort of mobile armor suit, considering they already have a somewhat skeletal and basic version thus far.

Well that too, though I have to say (not concerning the article, but the more recent advances in use) it took them way too long to put out dragon skin armor. Still, in terms of what I meant, I was talking for a mobile armor like you always see and anime and stuff. Ridiculous to think, but like I said, human-sized they have a somewhat skeletal one thus far.
