First I want you to understand my sister lives way out in the country on about 160 acres of land.  most of it is forested. She is an avid bow hunter, so what is in the forest is not new to her.  She has had many strange thing happen there, here are two:

If you look out from my sisters house away from the main road.  You can see the pasture then the woods, about 1/4 mile away.  She was working outside one day and said she thought she saw a black bear.  So she watched it for awhile.  It got up on it's hind legs, so far she just thinks it's a bear, but then it starts to walk toward the house (remember this is a good distance away)  As it goes down the hill toward the valley, she notices it has two long arms as well.  Now she thinks a neighbor she's having trouble with is trespassing, so she starts to yell.
This thing stopped.  Tilted it's head and as she puts it faded away.  It didn't walk toward the woods, it just disappeared.  She said it was almost like the movie Predator.  

The second thing happened a year before the other one.  She was hunting.  She was going to her stand and stopped for a moment to contact her partner on her walkie talkie.  She hears a sound behind her, so she looks, hoping its a deer.  There is nothing (not unusual).  
So she spends a few moments checking her gear before she goes on and there is a rush of air by her face.  Like a blast, it moved her hair, and a tin whistle like sound, like one of those tops that make noises when you spin them.  She gets the hair out of her eyes and sees a silver streak about four feet off the ground flying toward her partner.
She radio's him.  At first he thinks she is joking then she hears him swear.  The silver thing nearly knocked him down.
Now to add to that one, years ago, probably 10 to 15 years prior to that.  I had a similar thing happen in the same area.  I tried to convince myself that it had been a bird like a grouse, but it was the sound that was so different.  

The area her farm is in is NW wisconsin.  I know there have been a few bigfoot sightings there, a few strange UFO sightings too, but the area is not really known for the paranormal.  Any ideas?

 I'm kinda new to this forum thing. If you think your sister saw something odd, there is a web site, and a few tv shows that investigated what has been named "the beast of Bray(or Brey) Rd". According to witnesses, it's supposedly a werewolf. In fact the sheriff's dept. was issued silver bullets. The town has also made light of it by allowing people to purchase werewolf hunting licenses. It's somewhere in WI. Being a rather open minded person in his thirties, if it WAS some kinda shape shifter, and knew people were looking for it, it would probably move on to greener (and meatier) pastures. Anyway, thought you'd enjoy a heads up.

I know about that beast.  If it that, then it's been travelling.  Since she is onthe NW and the beast I think is on the SE parts of the state.

I know there is something in those woods.  I remember  a dog of ours running home as fast as he could and dying a few days later.  My dad was the one who said it died of fear.  We have no idea what it ran into.

Interesting.  That would be very plausible. My sister has had drems of spirt animals and the like before.  She found that out while taking a class in Native American history and the professor brought her father in, who was a spirtaul leader for the tribe.  After my sister discribe her dreams.  He told her it was her spirt animal trying to contact her.  

Perhaps it's getting more bolder?

It would be strange for a forest that is old and not very human populated, not to have a Ruler, a druid, or Foresttaker, who is  commonly shapeshifter....we people like to think that everything is found and there is civilisation everywhere, but there are still corners of the Earth that are so small and well hidden, that nobody really knows where they are...
We see strange stuff in the middle of every capitol, Forest is the last resort for creatures of the Mother Nature.
