Yes I have seen stories about this beast. They also dredged one up from the open ocean once and managed to get some pics before it slipped off the ship and they couldn't find it again. It looks almost identical to this one although the decomp is a bit different since it was in the water.

That is fascinating. From the positioning of the 'body' it appears that the head is upside down.. But I can see a small hole on the side of the upper jaw... don't snakes have those same holes? And the large bone next to it's head... shoulder blade??? And if so... where are the legs? Or fins? (Since Kain said he saw pix of a similiar creature pulled from the ocean.) I'm with Drow on this one.. it would be very interesting indeed to see those other pictures Kain. If you remember what topics or keywords to look for, I'll help you search for them. :wink:
