What he means is how many of you have actually seen an UFO.......The meaning of the second part of his sentence is a bit ambiguous but it roughly means " And not just those who say they have, just to receive some attention?"

exactly alot of pepole who have seen aliens then there labled crazy weird psychotic looneys.
