A werewolf would easily over power a vampire. Even though their wounds may heal faster, lets see them try to heal after a lycan has torn of their head and is happily devouring their innards. Werewolves are easily stronger and faster then vampires but vampires are more agile but with an element of stealth and surprise a werewolf would quite easily win.
