LOCHNESS MONSTER HOAX!
« on: March 29, 2007, 12:26:37 PM »
http://www.users.bigpond.com/rdoolan/Pix/lochnessmonster.jpg. Click it, it was proven fake by the Deep Sea Investigators of he History Channel. I still beleive in the monster, but this certain picture was proven a hoax. First of all, look of the size of Nessie, and compare her size to the waves. That is too small for a "monster". Second, they got a model of the picture and put it in the water and took a picture of it. A very good match. And then they called up some guy that played a part in the hoax and he admited to it being fake. The picture was of a sumbarine bottom that floats and then they glued a picture of Nessie to it and took the picture, then convinced a very respectable surgeon to sumbit it to the paper. And that's that.

It probally will be proven that the "monster" is something different.
For example; In Hayward Wisconsin some time in the late 1980's.  A large Sturgeon was found dead, floating on one of the lakes in the area.  It was over 20 ft long, and at least 150 years old.  There had been sightings of the "monster" for ages.  Guess what?  The sightings stopped after the fish was found.
I was still impressed.  Sure the "monster" was gone, but looking at that old fish really was impressive.

True, in the river that runs through my hometown there are Gar so large that when they slap the surface with their fins, it sounds literally like a thunderclap. Some may be as large as small vehicles.

That is true. But it is also true that the monster had died by couincedence at the time the fish died. Since we don't know for 100% sure some people may have to investigate that.  It does influence the desision, but does not completely rule the monster out. That is only an opinion, and I respect your opinion and will always take it as a possibility.

P.S. My spelling is a bit off right now sorry.
