Ive always had bouts with anger. Still do. One thing I would warn against is trying to drink them away. That is a lethal combination. Something I used to do is lift weights, it dosnt really stop the rage, but it kinda slowes it. Its more a way to avoid acting on the urges, kinda like taking your dog for a long walk so it wont chew on the furniture.Martial arts of any kind is a good outlet. One thing that helped me with meditation in the begining, and at the time my goal was to take a clear look inside myself was a dark blindfold and earplugs. Close your sences so they can only go inside. I will warn you though, you may not like some of the things you find.

You know what? That's something I didn't think of Arctic. Thirteen, do you have any musical or artistic hobbies? Putting the emotions and energy you have into music or art is a great way to get rid of it. Not only do you have to face how you are feeling, but you're not bottling it up, and you're not hiding it. Communication all around.

Communication all around. I do, actually. I'm in a band as a keyboardist (I play at home as well) that usually helps me express what I'm feeling, but after a while I get frustrated. :/And I've always drawn, but I'm a perfectionist so you know there's bound to be issues.Funny though, I actually bought a coloring book as kind of a mind-relaxing, no thought activity to do when I'm stressed to give my brain a break.
@Teteo I get like that sometimes too. Depressed for no good reason at all. I always try to stay on the positive side of life, but sometimes its just too hard. Sometimes there's just too many factors that get to you.@Arctic Love to hear it. I'm into most every music.Sorry if I don't have much to say, I'm in one of those moods again.
