Spell Request

As simple as teaching your cells to do something?  If you're planning to change physical apperance that requires actually changing the genes in your nucleus.  I don't think your mind can spontaneously create new matter and destroy old matter, or mutate your own basic genetic makeup with any sort of accuracy, but that's just me.  If anyone has something interesting to read about this, I'd like to see it.

I'll let Phantom get the last word on this one, but in my experience all spells take the ability to gather energy.  Therefore, you can't have a spell to gather energy for other spells without needing the ability to gather some energy already.  Meditation really is a great way to learn to do this, though there are such things as energy sources.  Only problem with that is you have to know how to control and use the source, which usually takes...you guessed it....meditation.

So basically, though the actual casting of spells may not take meditation, it is often required to center and ground yourself as well as to first become aware of the energy around you and learn to manipulate it to your will.  If you for some reason can gather energy without it, you can still cast spells (something I know from personal experience), but it's a bit more dangerous as there's less of an understanding of what's happening.  This is why I recommend learning to meditate first.  Also, should something go wonky with the energy you've been using, meditation is generally a good way to at least figure out where the problem is.

There are probably some ways I'm not aware of  to learn to gather energy(I suppose some work with dieties might not take it, but they still take great concentration), but meditation really is one of the best and safest, not to mention just good for your mental health even if you don't cast spells.  Sorry, tormentor, but I think you might have to learn this first unless Phantom has something else up his sleeve.  It actually isn't too complicated, though it does take practice.

Uh, those links that you posted, I only watched less than a minute of each, but within that minute the instructor stated that these were methods of meditation.

Working with energy would be a form of psi. PsiPog is an awesome place to learn how to use Psi. As for your visualization skills, those are great for doing anything in the magick world; as well as other things. I am a great visualizer also, which is partially why I can manipulate weather so well. Black magick is many different things to many different people. I believe that if you use magick for personal greed, to alter someones freewill, or to harm someone is black magick. Some people think that any gain the caster gets is considered black magick. Its all about view point.

Well this may sound strange to some, and it sounds a bit strange for me too.. but one of my wiccan friends strongly believes that i am a werewolf and that my powers were bound at around the time of my birth. so i need a countercurse for a werewolf power binding spell..  im hoping that if there is a countercurse it isnt hard to do, because im not a wiccan, ive never performed spells or anything.. and it might be hard. but if you could help me out, that would be nice.
