Shadow People - Real or Imagined?
« on: January 11, 2011, 01:21:30 pm »
Whether some have seen the dark, fleeting shadow out of the corner of their eye or seen a shadow person head on, shadow people have become a real mystery. Most of us go through our typical day with tunnel vision. We
have jobs to do, errands to run, and can be so focused on whatever it is that we need to accomplish that we can be oblivious as to what goes on around us. There are some of us, however, that take time to look and listen to the environment around us. For those of us that tend to be more open-minded and attentive to our surroundings, we can sometimes hear and see things that those with no desire to do so do not...

Why did you start numerous conversations, on the same subject, with the same link. The mod wont be pleased.

Firstly, purely from a technical point of view, new linked posts to other articles generate through traffic and google hits, allowing people to cross from other sites and find this site, generating readership and membership (and occasionally revenue, which is quite handy unless you want to start paying the hosting costs yourselves). That's why Loki asks moderators to keep their boards up to date with news items and snippets (and not delete news items out of petty spite, as certain mods here do...) Secondly, they are for information, not necessarily conversation: noone here has to reply to anything - and as for the peurile comment "most of what is said in the links are already mentioned in other threads in this board", well, it might surprise you that most of what has has been posted in the last 12 months is also contained in the previous 12 months worth of posts, and so on right back to year one of this site. Want to weed out everything - because a good deal of it is actually pretty frikking tiresome and childish - that's been said before? Thirdly, they're not the same link, which shows that you didn't read them. Finally, if it doesn't interest you, don't bother reading them, just as I rarely bother reading anything that you post.

I have no idea what any of that is supposed to mean in this context or how it is relevant, which is strange, as I wrote most of the guidelines here in the first place.

Whoa....stop the bus! I think we lost some passengers.

Flaunting and pomposity is not a needed thing here.

Now from a glance, topic wse, they look some what the same. So some more differentiation would help on that. So next time systemize and put into one topic.

You did not write any rules, you may have corrected some mispellings ... Moreover, you have been more than rewarded by using the wiki idea for your own purposes and profit instead of turning to the community. I hope I make myself understand.
