  NO.  Hands down NO!  If someone is unable to compete due to a physical disability that they can not over come than they do not belong on the feild.  In sports no enhancement beyond what you are able to attain from your own conditioning.

  However, if it is used to produce the "Super Soldiers" to defend our country then, what the hell, Go for it.
