I heard paranormal activity is icreased during this time of year, is it people just being more paranoid/aware because of Halloween? or is the season atcually stirring up the hidden world?

I think it's because people are more paranoid. There is no ultimate "time" that paranormal activity marks on their calendars to appear. Except maybe dead time that happens at 3AM. Everything is still and if I'm not mistaken the energy levels give the spirits more leeway to come forth. Paranormal activity can happen anytime. It'd be fascinating if Halloween really did stir up more but, Ghost hunters live tonight doesn't seem to stirring up a lot of activity. Ugh, and that guy from ECW as the guest is annoying me considerably.

I thought that spirits can come onto the mortal plane on All Hallows Eve cuz of the equinox, or something? I am horribly misinformed since I only got this info from an episode of Charmed. So please forgive me if I'm wrong. :-P

I don't think so, but I'll look into it. I love anything involving the paranormal. It makes me excited and proud because TAPS has been to Buffalo, NY (my hometown) at least 3 different times in the last season. 2/3 places have been literally 5 minutes drive time from my house. They really didn't get too much for it being Halloween though. It could have been because of that annoying ECW guest who talked about himself all night-I was waiting for a spirit to drop something on his head. I'll certainly look into that question you asked....:) The paranormal is so interesting.
