Supersoldiers in Vietnam

I was told by a friend that during the vietnam war the us goverment tried to create supersoldiers by injecting them with all kinds of chemicles but the experiment back fired and the soldiers ended up killing each other.

I would believe it. I think that there is alot that we dont know about in Genetics
