Tell me can you see her

This is a picture I took 10+ years ago at a place called Heritage Square. Heritage Square is in Colorado. It is an entertainment type place. With rides and shops and it sits along the Colorado mining trail. Walking in the place you can "feel" the energy. I have been going there since I was a very small kid. It has changed allot, but is well known for its famous slide built straight into the mountain _ The Alpine Slide. I know it is haunted, but its a positive energy that circulates here. This woman in pure daylight, now it could be a light spot, or a glare from the camera, but I have never seen a glare with so much definition. You can clearly see her holding out her hand pointing a finger right at me, as I snapped that shot, on my Advantix camera. I know nothing about her, but would like to learn more. Anyone know a place I can go to study about this? I have heard that local libraries hold most all records. So is that then a good place to start? Anyway I live here in Co. and it has a history of haunted places. I can think of several I would love a para investigations team to check into. Heritage Square is one of many.

That's because of the position of the tree behind the figure.

I can see the outline of a head, shoulders & what could be the bottom hem of a cloak or dress. But nothing definite.

Though I can't figure out if her arms are both at her sides or if she's pointing somewhere...
