That spell would never work. It is too vague.
Afterall what is a soul? What is this soul supposed to do? What is meant by sync? Are they supposed to beat in time? Transmitt meassages? Make you like soul mates? Cause you both to eat inordinate amounts of cheese?

I know an easier way than this, and it requires very little effort just practice. And your partner must be willing. I know someone with the name B. Willing.
Anyway. Have music playing in the background. Sit facing each other, holding each others hands. Focus on breathing together, relax into the rythym. Now once you have it all together both of you start singing together, let go and just sing as one.
When you stop you will feel totally at peace and as if you are one with the other person. It feels like nothing else, and is wonderful. Do it often enough and you will be stuck with this person forever whether you like it or not.

that sounds tantric...but it's a good point, if you spend the time and emotions with anyone, consistantly...you become bound to them.  It's a much more sustaining, intimate binding than if it's something forced, tricked or coerced.

they're the people you never forget and always linger on the edge of your dreams, even if they leave.
