Hm. My dreams must be too whacked for the system to interpret. I entered a keyword which summed them up, and got:

"Internal Server Error

"To dream that ... signifies a union with aspects of yourself. It is symbolic of self-love, self-acceptance, and passion. You are comfortable with your sexuality and femininity".

As a matter of fact I think it's not actually working. Or must have noticed my new avatar before I uploaded it. Maybe it foresee the future.
I think it's crap.

i haven't remembered any recent dreams, so i went with my most common recurring dream...it doesn't help much, i'm the one being attacked by the zombies.

Zombie
To dream that you are a zombie, denotes that you are physically and/or emotionally detached from people and situations that are currently surrounding you. You are out of touch. Alternatively, it may indicate that you are feeling dead inside and are simply going through the motions of daily living.

To dream that you are being attacked by someone, signifies questions on your character and the need for you to defend yourself. You are feeling stressed, vulnerable and helpless. You may also be faced with difficult changed in your waking life.

maybe that my detachment from reality is a large part to blame for my...stress and helplessness and i need to defend myself from it?

i do have the dream when something is troubling me...the other is a house that eats people for me, the basement is a most dangerous maze.  :D

House
To see a house in your dream, represents your own soul and self. Specific rooms in the house indicate a specific aspect of your psyche. In general, the attic represents your intellect, the basement represents the unconscious, etc

i sure don't feel dead inside and i have a map drawn of the house on the lake...woods and all!

interesting about the lake...

Lake
To see a lake in your dream, signifies your emotional state of mind. If the lake is clear and calm, then it symbolize your inner peace...

i guess i have an inner peace about my subconscious ability to gobble people up when they become lost in the maze of my self and soul?  ;)

First of all, I agree with Lord Moriya's comment.  This should only be taken as a gimmick.  Also remember that dreams could just be random bursts of brainstem activity and the brain's attempt to make sense of it produces the hallucinations in the form of dreams (Seligman and Yellen, 1987).  And even Freud said "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar"...though that may have been an attempt to dodge accusations of his possible oral fixation instead of a general metaphor...

Well enough dodging and I'll fess up my "analysis" (with a little censoring if you don't mind).

Quote
To see a ........ in your dream, indicates that something in your life is not what it seems. It is symbolic of fear, repressed anger, and uncontrollable violence.

To dream that you are a ........., suggests that some aspects of your personality are hurtful and even dangerous to your own well-being. You are headed down an undesirable path. Alternatively, it refers to your repressed instincts.

I've had a bit of both of these situations quite often.  The analysis is rather vague though.

...This may lead to some odd conclusions...

I can usually interpret my own dreams fairly well.  If I can't, I have a minister friend who's very good at dream interpretation.

I've had a recurrent dream for 9 years, since the end of my first marriage.

At least a couple times a week I dream I am somehow back with my ex-husband, unwillingly, and am trying to find a way to run away from him.

this is a good thread...why not bump it back up?

i dreamt i was, attacked by a snake last night....;)

Snake

To see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you.  Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes.

how very interesting...

I had a dream of the Sword in the Stone...

Owl
To see an owl in your dream, symbolizes wisdom, insight and virtue. The owl is also synonymous with death and darkness.

Castle
To see a castle in your dream, signifies reward, honor, recognition, and praise for your achievements. It foretells that your future will be a happy one, surrounded by the love of your children, generosity of neighbors, and comfort of friends. You are destined to a position of power, wealth, and prestige.

To dream that you live in a castle, signifies your need for security and protection to the point where you may be isolating yourself from others.

Sword
To dream that you are wielding a sword, represents your ambition, competitive nature decisiveness and will power.. You seek to hold a position of prestige, authority, and distinction. Alternatively, the sword can be seen as a phallic symbol and thus represent masculine power.

Wizard
To see a wizard in your dream, suggests that you are trying to hone your skills and exercise your power.

Well, it does fit how I feel as of late... But I've always wanted power. So this is nothing new...

i am to, it's a fun site, but a little...limited;

they don't have anything about handsom male zombies that can't be locked out of the car, so you have to bash their faces together when they try to nibble your fingers...

i successfully got out the car and into a safehouse...babbling about blood.  :-o

that was a few days ago, oddly enough...it was a good dream.  *shrugs*

maybe the subconsious is better left alone and no more zombie movies before bed?

Scary dream indeed!  Zombie movies before bed...hummmmm....that's not a good idea! Odd thing once, one night I watched a horror movie and when the movie was over I went to bed. You know what I dreamed of? I was running in a lovely forest full of bright colored flowers and adorable little bunnies!  :-o

Ha ha!  Well you see doc, my mother and I were...

i remember in my psychology classes discussing early experiments with dreams and how they affect us...cats seemed to be favored for these experiements.

it's fascinating how necessary dreams are for our sanity

Well when I'm ready, I'll pm you and tell you about it! Plus I'll tell you the other, it's less sick but still disturbing...

i like stories...

dreams are like stories your subconscious mind tells you.  :)
