I think i would say that Death is no good or evil, but rather a neutral force, all he truly does is take people when it is their time... and if Death didn't do this then death in the sense of someone's life ending could not happen, this would break the cycle and could result in the end of life as well...
...How can something Exist if there is no belief to fuel it?

Well if I posted a picture of myself I am sure I would get many comments which would break the silence.

Ok people what we have learned so far:

Death is death. -Tybalt
Death is rather a neutral force. - Hunter
Death is just doing his job. - Many people
Death is not evil, it's the act of dying that is scary. Death isn't evil. Death is an angel of mercy. - Kadesh
Death is a part of the life cycle. - Many people
etc etc etc...

Anything to add here? Don't hesitant to comment. 8-)

Since all things that cause unnecessary harm are, by default, evil, death could be considered evil.

I dont see a base classification like "evil" having anything to do with death. It simply reigns in the randomness of life as we know it,excuse me as I know it.For some, say an advanced case of ALCS,death would probably be pleasnt vs. evil. It's one of early man's reasons for the creation of imaginary God's & religions. The need for comfort & control.

I would love to believe that when I die I will live again, that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. But much as I want to believe that, and despite the ancient and worldwide cultural traditions that assert an afterlife, I know of nothing to suggest that it is more than wishful thinking. The world is so exquisite with so much love and moral depth, that there is no reason to deceive ourselves with pretty stories for which there's little good evidence. Far better it seems to me, in our vulnerability, is to look death in the eye and to be grateful every day for the brief but magnificent opportunity that life provides.  I do believe that I'll go on... somehow. How else can I explain the pain of the lady in white down at the bridge that hung herself? Or the rage and hatred from the man by the lake? Or the sweet simplicity of my darling little ghost cat. Crazy? Yeah, I am... but not in the bedlam way. I plan to come back and haunt the  out of someone. I just haven't decided who.. or maybe I'll just float around and randomly annoy people... So many people to freak out.. and all of eternity to do it in...

Only when I look in the mirror! Ha... Joking of course. No, I have the sterotypical view of Death as being male. Never pushed the boundaries on that particular theory.... But now I have something to think about at work.

What I think is correct is that Death has no gender :-o but usually I fall to the stereotype of Death being male too.
