Davos is well-know and not very harmful but the guys in power belong to the Bidelberg group and get together once a year - 2003 session was held in Versailles, I went there but the security guys are allowed to shoot without notice if you cross the wall of the Trianon Palace Hotel so I did not take a chance ...
