Am i Seeing Ghosts or Something Else

lately as i have been walking around i have been seeing things that seem perfectly innocent, like people or large dogs, then if i blink or turn around for just a split second, the think that i saw just vanishes, can anyone help me in this?

Inless you can sense supernaturals there really isn't much you can do to find out about what it is.
