Remind me of the death of Jacques Mayol, freediver, who also hanged himself in 2001.
The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world that he did not exist." - Charles Baudelaire (French and monstrous poet).

Cain wont help us any more....

RIP

He was in one of my favorite movies (Kill Bill) as Bill and I used to watch Kung Fu without fail
What do you want, you moon-faced assassin of joy?

We walk in the dark places no others will enter. We stand on the bridge and no-one may pass. We live for the One, we die for the One

I will miss him and the singular life he brought to all of the characters he has protrayed.  I think the most recent one he was in that I enjoyed was "Big Stan"  It was ....  WOW!

I heard in real life, he was alot like the character cain.
very spiritual, thats not the type of person that would hang himself.
I think something is up.

they said that it looked like a sex act gone wrong.......... It just doesn't make sense though. the lack of air alone wouldn't be able to take him down. specially since he's been a martial arts enthusiast/master for longer than i have been alive.

No the old guy knew his limits. I smell a HIT job.

Any suspects?

He was an alcoholic as well, that makes him less able to control anything...

Another great man who died recently was Michael Jackson. For all the farked up controversy around his alleged sexual preferences, he will remain the biggest real world inspiration from my childhood.

May he never stop preforming in our hearts and minds. Well for those of us who are his fans anyway.

It just seems so wrong... He was 50.. and prepping for a comeback...... He could- no. Should  have gotten a bit more from life y'know? He didn't deserve to die as a child molesting dracula figure in the minds of the younger generation.( gawd i'm old. all 19 years of me.)
He was timeless as was his music..... As were the tabloid articles about him.

A lesson about how too much popularity can kill you.

Rest now MIcheael. Lets hope you are in a better place now, where the tabloids can't get cha.

Dear, Alcohol isn't a bad thing.  And when you get to that age sometimes its good unfocus and get sloshed up.

Alcohol has been around for years helping people deal with problems, Make babies, and Make good times better. Everyone from the higest richest chinese emperors to the poorest hicks in any slum know its taste. And how

Alcohol sometimes grants a longer life. At least my Grandpa Constantine said so. He was an alcoholic, he should know.
There is I in every person,
Only long asleep...

Wine and stuff in small quantites over time is good for the heart, I know that.

You know what I would do, if I had my god-damn choice, I would be the catcher in the rye...or should I?

He liked vodka.

Umm... vodka's good for the soul, so i'm guessing he went to nirvana.

Screw Michael Jackson. Freaking perverted weirdo that everyone suddenly wants to make into a Primetime hero. Last Wednesday they were all about condemning him and making money off of his odd predilection for young boys, then he goes and kicks the bucket and suddenly he's everyone's hero?

No. He was a rich criminal and that's all. Forget the guy who wrote all the trash you love. This guy was only in it for the little boys he could rape.

You want tragedy? Look at the wife and kids down the street from you that are getting the living daylights beat out of them every week by their unrepentantly drunk, lazy, no good father/husband. Look at the poor college kids starving themselves so that they can have bus fare or gas money to make it to classes all week. Or how about the baby that's born in a toilet because its no account mother is too weak minded/willed to face the music and take care of it.

THOSE are tragedies folks; not Wacko Jacko's death. In fact, his death should be a holiday, world-wide; a day to celebrate the death of the most infamous celebrity pedophile in the world.

I vote that any post post that attempts to paint Wacko Jacko in a heroic or positive light in this thread be removed. He was no great man, and should not be allowed to dirty the names of truly great men with his name.

Moloch is right. Media ostrasized him when that case came into the limelight and now that he is dead they are trying to make it look like he was a saint or something. Media is messed up.

I hate that the days and nights have been filled with Michael Jackson's music on TV. I can't turn the channel anywhere without seeing him on there. Why play the man's music now? He's dead and he isn't going to know about it. Jeez, I think I'll go insane if they don't limit his appearance on the tube.
Another joke going around about the dude is that Farrah Fawcett's dying wish was for the children of the world to be safe, and then Michael Jackson died. (Don't ask me where my parents get these jokes )

Oh man that was a good one.  Laughed for five minutes moonbaby ty.  Another one to add to our list of growing dead celebrities is Mr. Billy Mayes, dead at age 50, cause as yet unknown.
