The Orang Minyak is a sinister being that has its origins in Malay folklore and myth. Most often described as a naked man drenched in black oil and possessing two hellishly burning orbs for eyes, this creature is infamous for breaking into dwellings and raping any virgins that it finds within. The more superstitious belief that the Orang Minyak was previously a mortal who made a pact with the devil. In exchange for getting assistance from that infernal luminary, the Orang Minyak must now rape 21 women within a specified time period. Still others belief that the Orang Minyak is an evil spirit that is under the control of a bomoh or Malay sorceror. The more skeptical however, insist that the Orang Minyak is merely a cunning rapist who is smart enough to drench himself in oil in order to ensure that should anyone attempt to cature him when he is fleeing the site of his most recent sexual conquest, he will be easily able to slip out of their clutches. I'd like to hear your views on the nature of this malevolent being, people of Monstrous. What exactly do you think it is? A truly terrifying supernatural being? Or is it merely a very skilled rapist? And how would you react if you ever find yourself confronted by one?

I'd never considered the potential benefits of covering oneself in slimy, mucky, greasy oil when going on a raping spree. That's brilliant!
I think I shall use the idea myself. And while I'm at it, I'll put on a monkey mask and a cape and call myself the Amazing Rape Ape!

Well, if you do decide to go on a raping spree dressed in a Halloween get-up, I do hope that you have a pact with the devil handy, because otherwise you're gonna be spending a long time in the slammer. Then again, it's just as likely that all the cops will ever get when they attempt to bring you to justice is the oil covering their palms when you inevitabally slither out of their grasp.

Not good to rape ppl. Erm... It's not fun being orang minyak. 1st, you have to perform some ritual and you have to make a pact with devil as Mr Kreepy says. And if you don't rape a number of girls in the time given, you are in dead danger.

What exactly are the consequences that are supposed to befall an Orang Minyak who fails to rape the requisite number of women in the allotted period? Thanks.
