Although I question alot of what Sylvia Brown comes up with, she is right about that I remember vivid details about former lives, so I know that its possible, but I'm not sure if we get the choice or not...guess the only way to find out is wait and see

You can avoid past mistakes if you can connect with your former self and learn what you can from it....Although you can't be a self defeating ass like me and actually apply those things you might learn or you'll be doomed to wait till next time (hopefully) to try again
