i've never seen them in any form of human, usually little insects and cat size creatures scurrying about, usually when i'm watching television alone late at nigt...maybe they like jay leno and bad horror movies? ;)
anyhoo, it seems who are what these things are, is quite a discussion amongst those who have had experiences...not knowing much about them, but having become another moderator on this board, i've been doing some research...here's what i've found.

this can make sense, so are they perhaps some kind of ghost, but most seem to suggest they are a more intelligent, possibly harmful type of creature...

We have documented this pattern with photos and with video recordings. Those seeking demons must look in new areas as the "Shadow People" do not qualify."

and then there are those who are persistant they are some alien sort of beign...

perhaps there are two different forms of them, those that are ghost not yet able to manifest anything more, substantial and alien creatures infiltrating humanity...but then why are there those shadows that are nothing more than insectoids and cat like scurries in the dark?
creatures from a different universe, alternate plane of existance or just lost souls blocking light, searching for more?
