What type of wicca are you thinking about starting? There are different types. A good introduction book though is "The Witches Bible" by Janet and Stewart Farrar. It might not be the type you are thinking about going into, but it has a basic outline of simple rules you should be aware of. (I like it because it has an outlay of the cermonies for the holidays). It not my type though. You have to do two things when going into this though. Do what YOU feel is right and most importantly DO NOT DO BLACK MAGIC!!!!! It is very dangerous and is intentionally to harm others. Be careful with the craft. But the wicca religion itself you need to find what you are ment for (there are different types, just like in any other religion). I recommend books more then the internet for stuff like that because a lot of stuff online is intentionally wrong to make you go away from it (I know a few christian groups who design these websites and try to deter people away from it).

A good wesite     http://www.wicca.org/church/define.html

The only problem with websites and books is that all are not reliable sources. The only true way to learn this culture is to be apart of it. For example all the "spell books" out on the market are trying to make a quick buck.

I will say no more because I have said enough. Just warning don't use magick in a bad or hurtful way. Do a lot of research on your topic before going into it. I am not wiccan but I thought about it (I will admit) but I know about it. I also respect different religions and their beliefs. So don't just do this because you think it might be "cool" as I have herd from so many. Now I am not saying you are this type of person, but  I am giving a "Heads-up".
