I recently read about a sorcerer who during one of his journeys stole a special psychic glue from the spirit realm. With this glue he could stick ideas together, glue entities to objects, attach vibrations of anything to anything else. He became so renowned that upon his death his tribe cut him up and actually ate him so they could share his power.
This caused havoc for a while as everything stuck to everything else for days. People forgot who they were, forgot they were even human, they went mad, coupled with beasts, even lost their reflections in the rivers as their images stuck to water and flowed away in the currents.
Eventually another sorcerer from another tribe came upon them. He put most of them back together by teaching them to write about what happened, but not all of them found everything they lost, or gave back all the things they mixed with.
The curious thing is that some strand of this, maybe even the glue itself, seems to forever stick in the mind of whoever reads about them.
Be careful with you reflections is all i'll say.
