There are similarities and differences: on one side, the body is abducted, on the other side, the self is taken over. In both cases however 'monstrous' entities are involved. What do you think?

aliens, demons, fairies...at some point they become the same thing and i doubt most of the "scary stories" around the internet.  Don't get me wrong i've witnessed some things and have no doubt that people are spiritually and even physically attacked by "monsters" but at some point without thorough medical and psychological testing who really knows?

Well, I am big skeptic of alien abduction -- I dont say it does not exist but most people who claim to have been abducted have been unable to bring any evidences on the table. Evidences that their body have been displaced and moved to some spacecraft where they were subjected to various procedures.
