Without further video evidence the obvious conclusion is that this picture is the same as all the others I've seen from this part of the world: real corpses, posed for pictures.

I'm not discounting there isn't black magick out and about but when it comes to mysterious third world countries, what other natural poisons are out there that the western world doesn't know?
