Title: Quartz crystals???
Post by: Petling on August 17, 2008, 02:25:41 PM: I have a small quartz crystal, & I don't really know what to do with it. It's just stuck in the back of my dresser, & I feel as if I'm almost neglecting/abusing it. :?

I keep the yellow one in my Jewelry box (not sure why) and the cloudy one on top of a hand carved Native American bear in a medicine pouch. Again.. not sure why I felt the need to put them in those places... but I did. lol

Clear Quartz
Description: Clear, see-through

This stone has the ability to be programmed with the powers of ANY OTHER STONE, and then substituted for that stone in any ritual. Great for psychism and as a general magickal power amplifier. Can be used to relieve headaches, reduce fevers and calm toothaches. Great for use in building a magick circle.

Green Quartz - Lodolite
Description: Semi Transparent green
Money attraction, luck, health, gardening, longevity of life.

Rose Quartz
Description: Pale to deep pink quartz. Common in globular form, very rare in a crystal.
The definitive stone for love rituals. This stone can be used to open to heart chakra. It is extremely love attracting. It also promotes peace, happiness, and fidelity in established relationships.

Rutilated Quartz
Description: Clear to cloudy quartz with red (hematite), silver, gold, or copper colored needles.
Excellent at lending extra energy to spells. Great for clearing and/or expanding the chakras. Not only will it increase over-all energy - it will MAGNIFY the positive energy.

Smokey Quartz
Description: Smokey to deep black translucent quartz
