An old friend and teacher (Shadowling) told me a lot about them. I used to have them, but I put up psychic shields to keep them out. I am not a fan of what I cant see.

I have been doing studies on Shadows and there are some cases where they do attack people, Alexander knows what I meen when I say this, so I can understand the attack, but not humans turning into Shadow People.

Yes, some people say they have been physically attacked and even raped by these things.

That is 100% not true. All a Shadow wants is the energies that they can get off a person. They will try and scare it indirectly, but if that doesnt work anymore they will just get up and leave. Shadows would never physically attack anything, let alone rape them.

Actually, Tom, Mike is right - some people have alleged physical attacks, and even rapes. The veracity of the allegations is a different matter, but they have been made.

Theres a diffrence between Shadows and spirits that appear as a black mass. Those are the ones that attack and rape, not shadows.

A shadow is a shadow and always was. A spirit that appears as a black mass was a human that died. There have been many many many shadow sightings that have turned out to be just ghosts. Shadows have no need to attack and rape.They like the ones that scare easily. Once a person catches on and becomes immune to the presense of the Shadow, then it will leave to go onto another victim. Rape and attack will give them to much attention for their liking.

Your first two sentences are only assumptions on your part - you could be wrong. Your last two are at odds with the reports and the opinions of the Shadow experts. I'm confused as to how a shadow sighting could be 'proven' to be a haunting. What would you list as the differential points when trying to determine which of the entities was involved?

Actually, the first sentance is what Shadowling, our first true expert, has taught me. Shadowling left before he could tell me how to differentiate. From my experiences with him, he seems to know alot more than the average expert to begin with. If only he was here....

Dr. Morgan Spence and Heidi Hollis seem to be the two people that the remainder of the paranormal field turn to as the aknowledged experts; they both seem certain that shadows can and will attack under certain circumstances. Perhaps Shadowling's dealings were with less aggressive shadows? I have read somewhere that they tune in to certain types of psychic vibe, so perhaps they were more wary?
