These do not sound like Shadow people, although there are shared aspects. But there are a number of things troubling me - you say you have "guides"; what exactly do you mean by that? Also, in a different thread you have said that you are not troubled by greys performing surgery on your abdominal cavity and brain and physically violating your body, but you say here that incorporeal shadows that just watch and threaten you are your main concern..?
Without knowing more, it is difficult to say what these entities may be and where they come from. But I certainly agree with Shadow - taking on something without having any idea who/what they are is folly.
