Ok so after some 'advice' from LadyGriffin about my curiosity about this I decided to post it here:

is it possible to touch spiritual energy with bare flesh, because since a few months ago I was noticing I could grab it with my hands instead of using my energy to grab it like I used to do it...

She told me this is in any way NOT normal, I myself think it's cool, but I'm curious if there are others who can (I suspect moloch can?) and how this is possible...
I'm sure it's touching my flesh because I know the feeling well when I use my energy to use it and it's different, think about the feeling you get when going in a hot bath when your cold. it's tintling a bit en tickles too when it enters my skin.

Its normal. As normal as you get when you manipulate energy anyway. We used to play a game when we were kids, taught to us by my Aunt. She taught us how to see and feel an aura, then we played a game of "Aura Pulling". One of you stands in the middle of the room, eyes closed and relaxed, while another one of you stands behind the person, concentrates on the standing persons aura, and tries to pull or push the person by their aura. It as alot of fun, and always lead to someone falling over.

It's nothing more than using your physical body as a focal reference point for your psychic abilities. This is akin to a sorcerer character in a WoW-type game firing magic missiles from his hands. The physical movement is unnecessary, but useful for lower level energy manipulators.

To whit, I used to have to use my physical body in this way until I learned to do it solely with my mind.

  In a way of speaking yes.  Think of it in this fashion.  All people are capable of amazing things in life.  The only limitation to these powers/abilities are perseption.  Perseption that it isn't possible or that no matter how hard they try they could never achieve their wants.  Break the perception of limitation and see what the world holds.

  This leads into how a person uses their powers/abilities.  If they perceive they can only accomplish something in a certain fashion than for them it is a truth, something they can not change or move beyond.  When they observe others who do what they do, but do it in a more nonchalant manner than they become amazed and say "You are a master, teach me!"  Most will tell them no, or worse will agree and then dangle them on strings for years and years.  The rare ones are the ones who reply "But you already can do these things, you must simply accept that you can."

What I said was that it's not normal - in the sense that it's something most people can do.... at least consciously.

at others: wow seems I degraded then? I can still use my own energy to do this, but now I can do something that's lesser than what I could do?

You have to remember, LG, that even now, Lex is young and still very naive. He would not necessarily know or understand the concepts you speak of.

ok will do, maybe for me it's an improvement because now I can do the basics cuz I've noticed that my reach with my own energy to grasp other energies has grown I can put shields around me that fill the whole house for example too
anyway thx, I was just curious and I'm happy to know what it is^^ I'll keep it in mind^^

From what is being said, its not so much as he moved backwards, rather than learned something that was apparently skipped. I don't know if I would call it "degraded", I mean, I imagine that each type of manipulation has its uses. I say imagine because this isn't something I have ever really "messed with", but may have to learn some on.
