Hawks, especially red-tails are very attentive parents. As for whose totem she may be that can only be answered in time. It is possible that spirit sent the hawk to guard you while carrying your child because there is something unique about the pregnancy or the child. As a precaution, take the hawk as a sign to be vigilant about your safety & that of the child mundane as well as magical.

Levinthross, from what you have described, I would say yes they are your totems but as mentioned only they can confirm that through meditation. It is a fantastic journey meeting them so enjoy it!
