Dr. Michael Salla, an expert on extraterrestrial foreign policy, claims aliens have been infiltrating the U.S. Army, Navy and CIA ever since 1954 when President Dwight Eisenhower signed a treaty.

Today, E.T.s work side-by-side with their Earthling counterparts in various "technology transfer" projects.

But not all aliens are alike. Salla says Gray Aliens are more interested in genetic experiments; the Nordics work on weapons technology and a group of lizard-like creatures known as "Reptilians" deal with environmental concerns from their underground base.

E.T. military men and women have one thing in common: They keep to themselves, refusing to join human co-workers for beers after work.
