"These people could appeal for therapies or cures," he said.

Lorek, 41, is pinning his hopes for success on a German law which grants kidnap victims the right to state compensation.

Asked if he was worried he might look ridiculous by seeking justice for clients haunted by aliens, Lorek was unfazed.

"Nobody has laughed about it up until now."

He's "pinning his hopes" on a law granting state compensation to kidnap victims...fair enough. The hard part is going to be convincing a court of law that these people were actually abducted, as you're going to need a judge (or jury...not sure how the German court works,) who believes that the abductors exist in the first place.

Then again, stranger things have happened in courts of law...
