What do modern day Vampires feed on? Blood or Energy?

my mate strix is a vamp and she feeds on blood but does do spells to drain energy forces out of her prey

well you must know that the wrewolfs dont exist, or not as the way we belive. The werewolves are people who suffer from a mental disease thats called lycnathropy. It may be that your hair and nails grow faster when there is a full moon, but that happens to allot of people. Lycanthropes are people who think that are some kind of beasts or monsters at night, it often happens unconsiously, and in many cultures lycanthropes are described in many different forms, like the romans, they described them as half human and half lion. So if you dont think that you have some kind of mental disease well you are not a lycanthrope. :)
