ok,my mom is sorta like a medium,like she see spirits,talk with them in her dreams and all,and the thing is ,its usually right what she see.last night my dad came home very late and my mom says something follow him home,like a small winged look alike gargoyles and was really pissed at her that she had sense him.this all happen in a dream,but dreams like this for my mom means there was something in the houese.i have been having problems researching the creature,unable to fin it in fae or demons(maybe i miss soemthing).so im asking if anybody has a specific detail of it,and knows if it will be a problem in the future.i live in south america,in the country of suriname,city paramaribo,so maybe its common around this are,since im still asking around,so if anybody can help,it would be much appreciatee,thanx

Could be an imp. A lesser demonic being. Then again maybe not.

I think we need more details about how these gargoyle-like creatures looked.  Gargoyles can look like many different things, so being specific in these details would help.  Color's help, too.

To be honest, there is a whole list of things it could possibly be.  Did you check the monstropedia?

I hate to say this, but aren't gargoyles the thingies put untop of gothic-styled buildings for the waterdrain... as far as I know none of them ever truly walked.
But I could be wrong, anyway they could be imps. I'll leave it to this semi-question because this is not my field of expertise

Yeah sorta Lex, real gargoyles are made of concreate, and dont fly that well,lol, but people started using them for more than drainage. Protection from evil and that sort shyte. But like was said, we nead more info.

It does sound more like a traditional Fae being. Gargoyle, a name derived from the gurgling sound as well as their appearance, are fancy drainpipes made to look "evil" in order to ward off evil. Give us a more complete description of the creature. There is another possibility, a thought form. Your mom having psychic abilities, she may have manifested a feeling she was having into this creature. Or she may have seen something manifested by your dad that he was trying to hide, maybe his anger at having to work so late. As we said, there are many many possibilities.

Thanks guys.well I ask my mom for more details,and the creature was small like a toddler and grayish.had small horns and wings.so I check imps and show some illustration of imp to her,and it was probaly an form of imp with some really uglyness to them.but ill keep searching,so thanks guys for the help
