Seriously alastor, pm me or or post a link I can check out to gain more info.  I'm familiar w/ some rpg stuff on werewolves and the Hollywood version of things but those aren't what I'd consider reliable sources.

" 'tis now the witching time of night,
when churchyards yawn and hell itself breaths out contagion to this world,
now, could I drink hot blood, and do such bitter business as the day would quake to look on."

Yes I strongly believe in werewolves, because I am a were. I always knew I was different and not a human, but it was my very dear friend thar helped point out that I am a werewolf as well as he is, or was........
"He calls me Nightwolf,
we talk alot.
He died long ago,
and he never forgot."                                  RIP- Peter! I know you watch over me buddy.

i do it quite often, there's some situations that the wolf is better at handeling then myself.
Music may tame the savage beast, but not as fast as a brick to the back of the head.

Alpha,

Which situations would those be?

times of great anger or fright (like when i'm about to get into a fight, or the cops are chaseing me) if i was alone, i'd break down and get killed/caught, so he takes over and i thrive :)

Alpha,

Are you aware of the term "flight or fight reaction"?  Or the effect of adrenaline on a human in times of stress?  I am being serious and not a smart-alec.

i'm a peacefull person, in fck, i'm quite "Hippieish" but then the wolf takes over, not only do i fight, i enjoy it, i'll start looking for more people to hurt when i'm done witht the person who origionaly tried to beat me up, does that sound like a normal fight or flight reaction to you?

That doesn't even sound like a wolf to me, Alpha.

Wolves are not seek-and-destroy predators. They don't rejoice in tearing everything apart. Wolves kill to survive. They kill to eat. They never kill for fun or "enjoyment".  Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know s**t about wolves. Got that?

Killing for sport or "enjoyment" is a trait that only humans possess, and often try to push that trait on other animals also. That's why the wolf nearly went extinct - because humans thought they saw a wanton, evil killer - a killer like themselves.

Fight or flight is a very real phenominon. If you end up in a fight and "enjoy" that fight and want to hurt other people when you're done, then you're just farked up, okay? Don't go trying to tell us that "the wolf made you do it" because that's 100% horse-s**t, and I know it.

"The wolf" is what i call my darker side, it's all the emotions and haterid i've pent up over the years, i call it a spiritual transformation becuase i turn into something that's not really me.

Actually, that does sound like a flight or fight reaction.  Once the decision is made to do either, a person's adreniline kicks in and helps out.  Pile onto that the "pent up hate and emotions" and you have a teenage boy who is capable of doing a large amount of damage.  As far as enjoying it, that is a natural reaction too, especially if one feels they have little or no control over their life.  One feels empowered and that is part of the danger.  Empowerment isn't bad but when it comes at a detriment to you and others around you well then it is a big problem.  Don't confuse self defense with blood lust either, your defense mechanisms aren't a blood lust.  Your misplaced aggression may lead to that however.
